FAMILY TREE SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENT INCLUDED IN THE APPLICATION
PACKETS
DEADLINE

available in Spring 2013.
Note: A $10.00 non-refundable application-processing fee is
required.
First, read the Introduction to Judaism letter and then
complete the Application Form, which you should scan, and email to
dean_of_students@kjuonline.com.
Also, scan in color and email proof of identification (Drivers License, Governement ID like a Passport)
and a passport sized picture in color. The Dean of Students will screen application package for
completeness. If complete, the KJU Treasurer will generate a PayPal invoice
for the application fee. Upon
verification that the invoice is paid, the application will be
forwarded to the University Staff for review and approval. The
applicant will be notified of acceptance in an email that will
contain further instructions about course books, joining the
Internet forum, and tuition. |

Nota: Se
requiere una tarifa no reembolsable de US$10 dólares para procesar
su solicitud.
Primero lea la carta de Introducción al Judaísmo y luego llene el
Formulario de Solicitud, la cual deberá escanear y enviar por correo
electrónico a:

Además, escanee a colores y envíe prueba de su identidad (Licencia
de Conducción, Cédula, o Pasaporte), y una foto tamaño pasaporte a
colores. El Decano de Estudiantes revisará sus documentos de
solicitud para asegurar que estén completos. Si pasan inspección,
la Tesorería preparará una factura de PayPal por el valor de la
Solicitud. Cuando se verifique el pago de la factura, el formulario
de solicitud será remitido al personal de la Universidad para ser
revisado y aprobado. El solicitante será avisado de su aceptación
por correo electrónico, el cual incluirá más instrucciones acerca de
los libros del curso, vincularse al foro de Internet, y la matrícula.
